Ski Trains in Europe

The Alps are the greatest place for skiing--and the Eurostar Ski Train takes you directly to the heart of the French Alps. Resorts such as Val d 'Isere, Meirbel, La Plagne and Tignes are then easily accessible by local coach serves (must be booked separately upon arrival at the bus station).  

There are 3 services a week.  Daytime train operates Saturdays, Overnight train: operates Fridays and Saturdays.  They depart from London and Ashford to Moutiers and Bourg St Maurice.

Conditions:
  • The Eurostar Ski Train fares are valid for travel from London/Ashford to Moutiers/Bourg St. Maurice or Moutiers/Bourg St. Maurice to London/Ashford between December 20, 2002 through April 19, 2003. Tickets must be purchased before April 19, 2003.
  • Ski equipment and luggage allowance per person is limited to two pieces of luggage and one piece of hand baggage onboard plus one pair of skis and poles or snowboard.
