Civita di Bagnoregio

JCivita, located in a canyon 70 miles north of Rome, is the ultimate in Italian Hill towns. It has a permanent population of 15 people who proudly share their village and it's Etruscan & Roman roots. Civita is connected to the town of Bagnoregio by a narrow pedestrian bridge.

Bell Tower and Church built on Roman and Etruscan ruins.  See Roman pillars emerging in front of the Church?

One of many side streets off Town Square.
